We love the soft glow you can achieve with newborn photos when you use backdrops that match their skin. This makes their sweet features become the focal points. There's something so sweet about those pouty pink lips, chunky little hands, and baby's squishy checks!
Making the photo more about the baby and less about the props and puts the focus where it should be! We do love cute props and make sure to include those in each newborn session, but we like to make sure to highlight baby's natural beauty as well.
One of our favorite things to do for the family portrait as well is using the skin tone backdrop and having the family all wear white. We love the look so much we used our skin-toned backdrop and white outfits for our own newborn session. This gives everyone that soft glow that is so important in newborn photos. Plus the clothing and backdrop won't go out of style in the years to come!
